Island County – Soil log holes are reviewed on-site with a Health Department staff member. Site registration is required prior to and is the basis for a design. The Site Registration has no expiration date.
Skagit County – Soil log details can be submitted to Health Department as a precursor to a design and can be used in the future as the basis for a design. This application, Site/Soil Evaluation, has no expiration date.
Whatcom County – Soil evaluation and design are required at the same time and has a three year expiration date.
Snohomish County – Soil evaluation and design are required at the same time and has a two year expiration date.
NOTE: Changes to the site, such as grading, cuts, filling or clearing could make a registration NULL & VOID.
